Meet Your Instructor
Dr. Rachele Pojednic is the director of scientific research at Restore Hyperwellness, an associate professor at Norwich University, and a research associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
She received her PhD from Tufts University and completed her postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School where she launched a career investigating the interconnectedness of nutrition, exercise, performance and healthy aging.
Dr. Pojednic actively engages in cutting-edge scientific research, advocates for evidence-based health practices, and empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being.
She has been featured in media outlets including The New York Times, Women's Health, Eating Well, Popular Science, SiriusXM's Doctor Radio, and Inside Tracker, among others.
